Will DADT repeal affect ROTC?

OK, so the Congress repealed “Don’t Ask; Don’t Tell” regarding gays in the military, which essentially means Republican-acting gays with a serious-minded military-bearing can serve openly.

It does not mean all gays can serve, just like all heterosexuals can not serve. A Code of Conduct will remain in place.

Given that, does this mean the ROTC-ban and ban on military recruiters on university campuses will be lifted?

Is it time to end that discrimination too?
